College Official Opens Earls Gate Business Training Centre
Forth Valley College's innovative Earls Gate Business Training Centre based at Grangemouth was officially opened on Wednesday April 29th.
The facility - unique to the Central Scotland area - further enhances the college's position as one of Scotland's leading providers of flexible business focused training, with an outstanding reputation for delivering results locally, nationally and internationally.
Specially designed modern features and customized procedures will offer flexible and extended opening hours where learners can train in relaxed and friendly surroundings.
More than 20 training suites, fully equipped workshops, conference and meeting rooms, laboratories and an industrial training plant are geared up to deliver Scottish Vocational Qualifications, Modern Apprenticeships and Skill Seeker Programmes to all major industry sectors.
Louise Cowie Forth Valley College Commercial Operations Manager said: "In just four short years, the College's reputation within the business community has grown from strength to strength. We were awarded the title of Modern Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year 2007 and most recently were named "College of the Year" at the Business to College Awards 2009.
