REHIS Food Hygiene Refresher

The course is taught using a workbook based approach using the Food Hygiene Handbook for Scotland.  There is also a short examination to assess candidates’ knowledge of food hygiene matters at Elementary Level.This course will update knowledge and skills relating to food hygiene. Target Audience

This course is for those who have achieved an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate within the last 3 years.  

Entrance Criteria

Candidates will need to provide proof that they have achieved the Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
